We offer two referral options for our home emergency cover – agents can purchase cover via the agent portal and provide this as part of their managed service to their clients or landlords can be referred to Alan Boswell Group for a landlord insurance quote and include home emergency cover as an add-on.
Being an introducer of our insurance products provides letting agents with the potential to earn extra revenue for your business as well as offering your clients access to some of the most widely regarded insurance products in the industry.
For each successful referral of landlord insurance including home emergency cover you will receive a share of our commission at inception and a reduced share at renewal (typically for a further three renewals – depending on your on-going involvement) allowing you to build your commission year on year. Alternatively, home emergency cover can be purchased by the letting agent, and charged to the landlord as part of an enhanced service offering.

Referring clients to us is easy to do once you have registered as an introducer. Once set up as an introducer you will receive trackable links which you can pass on to your clients to make a purchase from. If preferred, landlords can also call us on 01603 649727 or request a call back through our website.
On successful set up of an insurance policy with the referred landlord, we will pay you a share of the commission for the lifetime of the policy whilst you are registered as an introducer to us.
