Being an introducer of our insurance products provides letting agents with the potential to earn extra revenue for your business as well as offering your clients access to some of the most widely regarded insurance products in the industry.

For each successful referral of landlord insurance including home emergency cover you will receive a share of our commission at inception and a reduced share at renewal (typically for a further three renewals – depending on your on-going involvement) allowing you to build your commission year on year. Alternatively, home emergency cover can be purchased by the letting agent, and charged to the landlord as part of an enhanced service offering.

On successful set up of an insurance policy with the referred landlord, we will pay you a share of the commission for the lifetime of the policy whilst you are registered as an introducer to us.
